Processing Time All orders are processed within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Canada and internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages FTWC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at forthosewhocantt@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
